  • I do not accept insurance at this time.

At your request, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  • I encourage you to call your insurance carrier to verify out-of-network coverage. Here are some questions you can ask:

    • Does my plan cover out-of-network providers?

    • Do my benefits cover telehealth/online therapy services?

    • Does my deductible apply to mental health counseling? If so, what is my out-of-network deductible and have I met it yet this year?

    • Do I have a restricted number of visits per year for mental health counseling? If yes, how many visits?

    • Will you cover services by an associate-level clinician?

    • What is the out-of-network reimbursement rate for the CPT code 90837?

  • You can fill our the contact form on this website or click here to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call with me.
